A two-player word game, online.
Konsa works well head to head. Start a private table for the two of you and play seven rounds live, or send a Daily Duel challenge link and play the same three boards whenever you each have 90 seconds.
Use the letters you see. Add any you need.
Live, at a table.
Start a table and send the link. With two players, either of you can start the timer every round: the first word locked in gives the other player 30 seconds.
Or async, with a challenge link.
Play today’s Daily Duel, then share your result. The link opens the same three boards for your opponent; their words stay hidden until you’ve both finished.
Compare words.
At a table, words are revealed after every round. In a duel, you compare one round at a time once you’ve both played.
Questions
How does scoring work with two players?
The same way as at a bigger table: your five best word scores from seven rounds, plus bonuses. With two players, the Fastest bonus goes to whoever starts the timer and matches or beats the other’s word; Beat fastest goes to the other player for scoring more.
Do we have to play at the same time?
Not with the Daily Duel. Each of you plays the day’s three boards on your own schedule, and the challenge link stays tied to that day’s boards.
Can we keep score across days?
With an optional account, your Daily Duel history, personal bests and streaks are saved, and you can add each other as friends to see who has played today.
Can a third person join later?
While a table is still gathering players, yes, up to six. Once the cards are dealt the table is set for that game.
Two chairs, eight cards.
Whether you play live or trade challenge links across the week, the cards are the same for both of you and the words are hidden until the reveal.
